Hi!
My name is Keturah Ford and I am thrilled to be part of the team at Alpine Integrative Acupuncture.
I believe that all people should have access to quality healthcare, focusing on blending traditional Western medical care with quality integrative healthcare modalities to support their health from many different angles. Healthcare isn’t one-size-fits-all; I am passionate about connecting people with exemplary modalities of Integrative Care. I was fortunate to be raised by parents who were ahead of their time in understanding Lifestyle Medicine and implementing traditional care with various natural therapies. My first exposure to Acupuncture was over 20 years ago as a teen dealing with debilitating migraines. Acupuncture relieved my pain, restored my normal teen function, and piqued my interest in complementary medicine. Since then, I have been working toward a career blending integrative healthcare and lifestyle medicine, aspiring to enable people to reach their potential and highest form of self expression.
My family and I moved to Juneau 6 years ago from Colorado and absolutely adore Southeast Alaska. Much of my time is spent outside hiking, biking, cross country skiing, boating, fishing camping and cold plunging in the chilly waters that surround Juneau. I love to write, cook and dance, finding creative expression healing and therapeutic.
If you have found this page, thank you! I am so glad that you are here; intentionally seeking support along your health journey takes courage and vulnerability. I am so honored to support you as a team member of Alpine Integrative Acupuncture.
